More details coming soon!
The Hassan Research Fellowship supports scholars whose work addresses urgent, emerging questions in interreligious studies, with a special emphasis on Islam and Muslim communities in diverse contexts. The semester-long Fellowship is open to advanced doctoral candidates, postdocs, independent scholars, and early-career faculty whose research and methods are interdisciplinary, creative, and community-engaged. Applicants should also demonstrate a commitment to centering Muslim voices and experiences in interreligious contexts, while engaging comparative or cross-tradition perspectives. The Fellowship includes a one-week residency at the American Islamic College in Chicago.
